How do the personal training sessions work?
We first begin with a consultation where we will look at your goals. We will then do some fitness testing, this will give us a starting point and a baseline. From all the information I have gathered I will then create a progressive program that will help us to achieve your goals.

What about people that are not used to exercising – are they welcome?
All fitness levels and experience levels are welcome. In each session we look to accommodate everyone from beginners to advanced athletes.

What happens if I miss a session? 
If you miss a session, do not worry. The sessions are designed for your personal needs according to your individual pace and fitness level. If you need to cancel a session, we would ask you to inform us at least 24 hours prior to the session. There will be no cancellation fees. However, if you do not cancel your session within 24 hours, you may lose the session and no refund can be guaranteed.

Where will the personal training sessions be held?
We are able to set up the training according to your individual preferences. We will train you at your home, your office or your favourite park. You do not need to worry about the training equipment as this will all be provided.

How do I pay? 
You can pay by bank transfer or cash upon start of your session.
