  • Lay on the floor
  • Bend one knee to about 90° and foot should be flat on the floor
  • The other leg keep straight at the knee and life back towards you
  • Grab the straight leg with both hand keep bringing the leg towards you till you feel a stretch in the back of the leg and hold
