Piriformis & Gluteus



  • Lay on the floor facing the ceiling
  • Take your right leg bend at the knee and place the ankle just above your left knee
  • Now bring your left leg towards you bending at the knee
  • Grab your left leg just below your knee (right hand goes through the hole between your legs and left hand goes round the out side of your left leg)
  • Now pull you legs towards your body
