Olivia

Olivia is made up of two barbell exercises, one body weight exercise and three cardiovascular machines and she has to be done in the fastest time possible.

For a beginner workout perform 10 reps for each exercise and 250 metres on each cardiovascular machine.

For an intermediate workout perform 20 reps for each exercise and 500 metres on each cardiovascular machine.

For an advanced workout perform 30 reps for each exercise and 1 kilometre on each cardiovascular machine.

Men

  • Clean & press (25 – 45kg)
  • Bike
  • Press ups
  • Rowing machine
  • Barbell squats (use the same weight you used in the Clean and press)
  • Treadmill

Women

  • Clean & press (15 – 25kg)
  • Bike
  • Press ups (full or on knees)
  • Rowing machine
  • Barbell squats (use the same weight you used in the Clean and press)
  • Treadmill

 

What to do

 

  • Start the stopwatch at the start of Olivia and DO NOT press the stop button until you finish the last exercise.
  • Perform the exercises in the order stated above and DO NOT move on to the next exercise until all of the reps or the entire distance is completed.
  • Take as much time resting as you need between each exercise but remember you CAN NOT press the stop button on the timer until you  finish the last exercise.
